1. Training Aim

Staff’s training is at the aim of improving personal abilities and serving to company’s further development.

2. Principle

All the training and education must have the precondition that do not interrupt daily work., and all the employees shall follow the principle of integrating studying with working, highlighting substantial results, studying in spare time, adopting short term and self study.

3. Forms

1) Training before work

2) Training at duty (guidance at duty, old employees guide new ones)

3) Training of operation knowledge

4) Released from duty to receive training

5) Workers’ self study and self education

4. Training Plan

1) Make training plan every half year according to the necessity of development of company

2) Each department draw its training plan based on company’s program and department’s necessity.

3) Our company will invite both domestic and foreign experts to train staff aperiodically

4) Staff can attend all kinds of training class, night school, correspondence school and adult’s school.
